Domitory shouldn't be the place where just go to bed.
It should contain the amusement and recreational spaces that can make students have a fun and rest in campus, not outside of campus.
The expensive cost for the construction can be the weak point however, the long-term profit will further overcome it. (It will increase univ. fame and popularity. So the well made dormitory can be the investment for the future itself !)
Space Introduction
1. modern swiming pool & dining(food trucks will approach in front of the dining spaces)
2. cushion square, where student can enjoy movies, sports, important events together.
3. There are tree houses on the tree. People can rest or read books there. (tree house cafe)
4. trail road
5. green tunnel
6. sports space
